Little Miss Fits: Turning Pins into Fits
Through curated style bundles of thrifted clothing, Little Miss Fits brings your Pinterest fashion dreams to life, and LeAnn Lee — founder of Little Miss Fits shares with us her inspiration and vision for the brand.
Anyone who has the slightest bit of interest in fashion is likely a victim of being a Pinterest doomscroller, pinning every clothing article that catches your eye. Leading you to often wonder, “I wish my wardrobe looked like my Pinterest board.”

LeAnn Lee, a 21-year-old Singapore Management University (SMU) Business student started Little Miss Fits just to do exactly that.
Using the Pinterest board that customers fill with their desired clothing pieces, she thrifts for clothing that matches their style and curates them into a style bundle, delivering a personalised experience to every customer.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Transitioning from graduating with a Mass Communications diploma to pursuing a Business degree in university, LeAnn found herself craving for a creative outlet. With her interest in fashion and well-versed knowledge of social media and specifically TikTok, she decided to take her posting of fashion content beyond and into a business in August 2025.
After doing research on what other fashion small businesses are doing in Singapore, LeAnn tried to find ways for her brand to stand out and distinguish herself from the rest – and that's how style bundles came into the picture.
“I thought style bundles were a unique selling point that I hadn’t seen a lot in the Singapore market, so that’s how the idea birthed.”

HOW LITTLE MISS FITS WORKS
1. GETTING A SLOT
For local orders, Little Miss Fits operates via a Telegram channel where LeAnn announces the drop date of when her form will open. As a one-woman business, LeAnn limits the number of customers she takes in for each drop to 3.
After announcing the drop date, she will let customers vote for an ideal timing on when the form should be released and she will go with the majority vote.
2. THE FORM
Once the form is open, customers can then submit the Pinterest board of their style inspiration, and fill in personal details and measurements.
LeAnn also thoughtfully includes a section where customers can state their likes and dislikes, and indicate their preferences to colour, cutting and style.
3. PAYMENT
Based on a first-come-first-served basis, LeAnn will then reach out to the first three customers who had submitted the form and gathers payment from them.
4. CURATING
LeAnn then sets out to thrift, and even searches on online shopping platform Carousell. She heads out to various thrift stores in Singapore, such as Lucky Plaza and New2U Thrift Shop — a second-hand clothing store that supports women's organisations and charities.
5. FILMING AND PACKING
Once the style bundles are fully curated, LeAnn films each bundle for content and uploads them to TikTok and Instagram, before packing them up and sending the style bundles off to her customers.
THE MIND BEHIND THE FITS
The concept of thrifting for other people is rather unconventional and unique, and LeAnn happily shared that this was inspired by her close friendships and their love for thrifting together in the past year.
“I know my friends' styles as they have quite distinct styles, we used to always go to Malaysia to thrift together. So when I would go on solo thrift trips, it became a habit to text my friends like, ‘Hey do you want this piece?’ or buy it for them for special occasions.”
Noticing her eye for spotting pieces that suited her friends' various styles, LeAnn started recognising her talent for thrifting.
“I feel quite happy when people recognise that you know their style, especially if it’s a piece they’ve been eyeing for very long and you were able to find it for them. It’s always a nice feeling, I think it’s like a love language.”
With the idea of curating style bundles planted in her mind, LeAnn decided to test the waters by pitching her business idea on TikTok to garner interest from the public. This caught the attention of one of her followers and she happily volunteered to be her first customer.
“This was before I launched anything, it was very heart-warming because she had a lot of faith in me. She helped me streamline how my form looks now. Thanks to her, that’s when I started filming TikTok videos, which I think is where my business took off the most because that's where people see your product.”

INSIDE THE DECISION MAKING
Thrifting for the ideal pieces is never easy and it’s almost always based on pure luck and a sharp eye for fashion, thus LeAnn practises having a resilient mindset when setting out for thrift trips. “My motto is: Don’t expect a lot and you won’t be disappointed.”
“My motto is: Don’t expect a lot and you won’t be disappointed.”
“I like to go in with a mindset like ‘Okay! We’ll just try and see what there is.’ It’s hard not to get discouraged, especially if you made a trip down specifically to thrift that day.”
With her experience in thrifting, LeAnn also shops with strategy.
“I like going to Lucky Plaza and start thrifting at the clothing bins. I go through every bin and I usually can find quite a few things. The bins are good to start me off because they are cheaper in price too. From there I'll see what else I need from the racks, depending on what I'm lacking. This helps me narrow down what I need to find and lessen fatigue.”
After countless style bundles and working with various customers, LeAnn learnt the importance of trusting her creative decision-making. “When I was a media student, there were a lot of creative differences in group projects. We always said ‘art is subjective’. I often had the mindset to appease everyone, so I felt like that's how I should approach creative work.”
“But this doesn’t apply to Little Miss Fits because people are coming to you as they like your objective view of creativity so they want to engage you and your services. Now, there's more fight in me to fight for my creative decision. I’m definitely more adamant if I know that it works.”
WHAT KEEPS LITTLE MISS FITS GOING
Despite Little Miss Fits starting only in August 2025, LeAnn has many new and repeated customers purchasing style bundles and individual clothing listings. “It’s very heart-warming to have customers that have repeated trust and putting their faith and hard earned money to support your business.”
“I also love new customers, even those that haven’t purchased from me but they’re there trying for the drops,” she shared excitedly. “I always feel bad when they can’t get the slots, but they will always come back every drop which is really encouraging. The fact that they are trying each and every month, it's quite a commitment.”
